职业教育培养技能人才的国内外成功经验,能为我国职业院校如何培养技能人才提供借鉴。在解析日本以企业为中心的“企业大学”培养模式、德国以认同感为依托的“双元制”培养模式、澳大利亚以需求为导向、美国以受教育对象为基础、广东省以专业群对接产业群为导向、江苏省以区域特色的差异化、浙江省以“技能浙江”为主抓手的基础上,可以从以思想为引领打破固有观念束缚,以企业为重点调整人才培养标准,以产业为依托开展特色职业教育。

The successful experience at home and abroad of cultivating skilled talents in vocational education can provide references for our country's skilled talent cultivation in vocational colleges.This paper analyzes different cases from home and abroad including the cultivation modes of enterprise-centered“enterprise university"in Japan,the"dual system”cultivation modes based on the sense of identity in Germany,taking the demand as orientation in Australia,regarding the educational objects as the foundation in America,combining the professional groups with industrial groups as the orientation in Guangdong province,taking different regional features as the disparities in Jiangsu province,and regarding the“Zhejiang skill”as the starting point in Zhejiang province,and proposes the optimized countermeasures in cultivating skilled talents for our country's vocational education through taking the thoughts as the guidance to break through the stereotypes,taking the enterprises as the key points to adjust the talent cultivation standards,and taking the industries as the foundations to carry out the distinctive vocational education.
