摘要
广东制造业转型升级改变了对创新型人才的需求方向。基于人力资本理论,只有具有持续成长、创新技能突出、多维发展等能力的创新型人才,才能实现人力资本的经济效益最大化。通过研究发现,广东人才培养仍面临教育衔接断层、塑造机制落后、思政教育缺位等困境,亟待通过推进基础教育与高等教育有机衔接,教育教学与学科建设有机协同、促进能力塑造与素养培育的有机融合等路径实现创新型人才培养目标。
The transformation and upgrading of Guangdong manufacturing has changed the orientation of demand for innovative talents.Based on the human capital theory,only the innovative talents with the abilities of sustainable growth,outstanding innovation skills,and all-round development can the manufacturing realize the maximum economic benefits of human capital.According to the research,the talent cultivation in Guangdong is still facing the difficulties like the weak education connection,the poor training mechanism,and lack of ideological and political education.Therefore,the cultivation goals for innovative talents can be realized by promoting to connect the basic education with higher education,coordinating teaching methods with major building,and integrating the ability improvement into quality cultivation.
