摘要
公民数字素养教育是我国数字经济建设和数字社会发展的重要人才支撑。基于协同理论视角探讨公民数字素养教育协同问题,为国内相关主体协同教育提供参考。文章阐述了协同理论引入公民数字素养教育的适用性,构建了主体、客体、资源、服务四个维度的公民数字素养教育协同框架,结合我国发展实际提出相关协同策略:推进多元主体协同格局,构建多群体互助学习协同模式,建立多样化资源协同机制,搭建纵向式服务协同网络。
Citizen digital literacy education is an important talent support for the construction of digital economy and the development of digital society in China.Based on the perspective of synergy theory,this paper discusses the synergy of citizen digital literacy education and provides references for the collaborative education of relevant subjects in China.This paper expounds the applicability of introducing the synergistic theory into citizen digital literacy education,constructs a synergistic framework of citizen digital literacy education from the four dimensions of subject,object,resource and service,and puts forward relevant synergistic strategies combined with the actual development of our country:promote the coordination pattern of multiple entities,establish a cooperative mode of multi-group mutual learning,establish a cooperative mechanism of diversified resources,and build a vertical service coordination network.
