学问修养是人们的立身之本,学问积累需要知识的丰富,修养提升需要品德的历练。学问修养的三重要素包括知识和道理、心态和情绪、境界和视野,这三个方面是相互促进的关系。当人们没有辩证、圆融地处理这三个方面之间关系时,会出现三者相互阻碍的情况。只有理顺这三者之间的辩证关系,全面加强学问修养,才能把自己培养成符合新时代要求的德才兼备的人才。

Cultivation of learning is the foundation of people's life.The accumulation of learning requires the enrichment of knowledge,and the enhancement of cultivation requires the practice of character.The three elements of scholastic cultivation include knowledge and reasoning,mentality and emotion,and realm and vision,which are in a mutually reinforcing relationship.When people do not deal with the relationship between these three aspects in a dialectical and rounded way,there will be a situation in which the three are hindered by each other.Only by rationalizing the dialectical relationship between these three aspects and comprehensively strengthening the cultivation of learning can we cultivate ourselves into talents with both virtue and ability that meet the requirements of the new era.
