摘要
作为食品行业重要的配套产品,食品级润滑油对保障食品安全具有不可替代的重要作用。该文对食品级润滑油的产品特性、分类、认证标准、使用现状等进行分析,并结合中国食品级润滑油的发展现状,指出食品级润滑油发展面临的机遇与挑战。
As an important auxiliary product in the food industry,food-grade lubricants play an irreplaceable and important role in ensuring food safety.The paper analyzes the product characteristics,classification,certification standards,usage status of food-grade lubricants,etc.Based on the development status of food-grade lubricants in China,the paper also points out the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of food-grade lubricants.
