摘要
重负荷发动机多采用湿式缸套,易产生气穴腐蚀现象,因此对冷却液的性能要求更高。目前,国内对于轻负荷与重负荷冷却液,一般通过化学组成进行区分,还未建立相关试验标准用于性能评价,因此存在局限性。文章应用超声波法模拟试验,深入研究其测试冷却液抗气穴腐蚀性能的可行性、区分性及重复性,进一步优化改进发动机冷却液超声波气穴腐蚀评定法。优化后的方法可为重负荷冷却液配方的评价及开发提供有效帮助。
Heavy-duty engines mostly use wet cylinder liners,which are prone to cavitation corrosion;hence,coolants with higher performance are required.At present,light-duty and heavy-duty coolants are generally distinguished by chemical composition in China,and relevant test standards have not been established for property evaluation;therefore,there are limitations.In the paper,through the application of ultrasonic simulation tests,in-depth research is conducted on the feasibility,differentiation and repeatability for testing the anti-cavitation corrosion properties of coolants,and the ultrasonic cavitation corrosion evaluation method for engine coolants is further optimized and improved.The optimized method can provide effective assistance for the evaluation and development of heavy-duty coolant formulas.
