裸眼2D显微镜与光学显微镜在后牙树脂直接充填术中应用比较

摘要 目的 探讨裸眼2D显微镜在后牙树脂直接充填术中的应用价值,为临床提供参考.方法 对纳入于口腔牙体牙髓病科行后牙树脂直接充填术的65例患者进行回顾性研究,患者分成两组,光学显微镜组33例,裸眼2D显微镜组32例.比较两组充填修复操作时长、充填体边缘密合性及医生评价得分,评估临床中使用裸眼2D显微镜的可行性.结果 光学显微镜组平均处理每颗牙齿所需的时间为(23.06±4.12)min;裸眼2D显微镜组为(26.97±3.64)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后即刻检查两组充填体的边缘密合情况,边缘密合性的成功率均达到100%.裸眼2D显微镜在术者姿势、视觉疲劳、操作难易方面的得分高于光学显微镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 裸眼2D显微镜可用于后牙树脂直接充填修复治疗,在临床效果方面可与传统光学显微镜相媲美,且在人体工程学和操作空间位置等方面具有一定的独特优势,提示其具有广泛临床使用的潜力. Objective To explore the application value of the naked-eye 2D microscope in posterior tooth resin direct filling procedures,and to provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 65 patients who had undergone posterior tooth resin direct filling in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics.These patients were divided into two groups:an optical microscope,which comprised 33 patients;and a naked-eye 2D microscope group,which include 32 patients.The study compared the duration of filling restoration,the marginal adaptation of the filling,and the doctors'evaluation scores between the two groups to assess the feasibility of using the naked-eye 2D microscope in clinical settings.Results The average time required for each tooth treatment was(23.06±4.12)minutes in the optical microscope group and(26.97±3.64)minutes in the naked-eye 2D microscope group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Immediate postoperative examination of both groups showed a 100%success rate in marginal adaptation of the fillings.The naked-eye 2D microscope group scored higher than the optical microscope group in terms of the operator's posture,visual fatigue,and ease of operation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The naked-eye 2D microscope is viable for posterior tooth resin direct filling restorations and can match the clinical effects of traditional optical microscopes.Moreover,it has unique advantages in ergonomics and operational space positioning,suggesting its potential for widespread clinical use.
