摘要
以济南某地铁车站为例,利用Revit软件建立基坑主体结构及监测点模型族库;利用BIMFACE轻量化平台实现模型Web端轻量化显示,直观查看基坑空间几何形态及监测点布设位置;利用MySQL数据库完成模型属性数据、监测数据、运维数据的存储,将模型与监测点数据关联,完成监测点数据的可视化显示;利用BP神经网络模型完成监测数据预测,并设置不同的监测项目阈值实现智能预警。结果表明,该系统有效解决了传统施工监测可视化程度低、监测效率低等问题,极大提高了地铁车站基坑的施工监测管理效率及质量,降低了事故风险发生率。
Taking a subway station in Ji'nan City as the example,the model family of foundation pit main structures and monitoring points is established based on Revit software.By applying the lightweight technology of BIMAFCE platform,the demonstration of the BIM model on the Web is achieved,which can intuitively view the shape of foundation pit and the location of monitoring points.The MySQL database is used to achieve the storage of model attribute data,monitoring data and operational data,and correlate the model and measuring point data,which makes the monitoring point data visualization.The BP neural network model is used to predict the monitoring data,and different thresholds of monitoring items are set to realize intelligent early warning.The results show that the system can effectively solve the problems of low visualization and low monitoring efficiency of traditional construction monitoring,greatly improve the efficiency and quality of construction monitoring management of subway station foundation pit,and reduce the accident risk rate.
