黄河三角洲中深层地下淡水资源可持续保护探讨

Study on the sustainable conservation of middle and deep underground freshwater resources in the Yellow River Delta

摘要 21世纪以来,黄河三角洲地区工农业经济快速发展,造成南部区域中深层地下水超量开采,对地下淡水资源的可持续利用构成较大压力。基于当前黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的需求,为保障地下淡水的环境安全,结合该区域中深层地下水环境现状,提出了控制中深层地下淡水合理开采、优化水资源配置等地下淡水开发利用保护的建议。 Since the 21st century,the rapid development of industrial and agricultural economy in the Yellow River Delta has resulted in excessive exploitation of medium and deep groundwater in the south,which poses a great pressure on the sustainable utilization of underground freshwater resources.Based on the needs of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Delta,in order to ensure the environmental safety of underground freshwater,combined with the current situation of middle and deep underground freshwater environment in the region,this study puts forward some protection and suggestions for groundwater development and utilization,such as controlling the rational exploitation of middle and deep fresh groundwater and optimizing the allocation of water resources.
