基于专利共类的海洋溢油污染防治关键核心技术主题识别

Identification of key core topics in the prevention and control of marine oil spill pollution based on patent co-occurrence

摘要 以国家知识产权局专利检索系统和德温特专利数据库中的溢油污染防治领域专利为数据源,首先通过基于IPC分类信息的技术共类方法识别热点技术主题,其次通过技术相似度和技术影响力的组合分析识别其中的核心和潜在核心技术主题,最后通过结构洞计算排序进一步分析识别其中的关键核心技术主题。结果表明,海洋溢油污染防治领域的关键核心技术主题主要集中在油水分离、添加药剂、吸附处理和微生物降解等方面,为该领域科技未来高质量发展提供了有益参考。 Patent data were collected by searching key words in the field of prevention and control of marine oil spill pollution from patent retrieval system of China national intellectual property administration and Derwent innovation index database respectively.Firstly,hot topics were identified by construction of patent co-occurrence matrix based on IPC classification information.Secondly,core topics were identified from hot topics by calculating patent relatedness and cross-impact indexes after construction of related matrix.Potential core topics were further identified by calculating growth potential rate.Finally,key core topics were identified by calculating and sorting structure hole value of core and potential core topics.The results show that key core topics include oil-water separation,agent supplement,adsorption and microbial degradation in the field of prevention and control of marine oil spill pollution.This research will provide a meaningful insight into the development of technology in this field.
