信息资源管理学科融合新质生产力:构成要素、研究体系及推进路径

Integration of New Quality Productivity in the Discipline of Information Resource Management:Constituent Elements,Research System,and Promotion Path

文章基于扎根理论和意义建构理论对18名信息资源管理领域科研人员进行深度访谈,通过结构化处理访谈数据提炼信息资源管理学科融合新质生产力的构成要素。研究表明,数据要素、技术要素、政策要素和信息素养是信息资源管理学科融合新质生产力的关键要素。以此为基础,构建基于文献驱动和技术驱动的信息资源管理学科融合新质生产力研究体系,并提出相应推进路径,即以数据要素研究为核心,夯实新质生产力建设的数据基础;以技术政策和产业政策研究为抓手,做好新质生产力建设的服务保障;以信息素养教育为基础,培养高质量新质人才。

The article conducted indepth interviews with 18 researchers in the field of information resource management based on theory and meaning construction theory,and extracted the constituent elements of the integration of new qulity productivity in the information resource management disciplines through structured processing of interview data.Research has shown that data elements,technological elements,policy elements,and information literacy are the key elements for the integration of new quality productivity in the information resource management.Based on this,a research system for the integration of new quality productivity in the information resource management is constructed based on literature driven and technology driven approaches,and corresponding promotion paths are proposed,such as focusing on data element research and consolidating the data foundation for the construction of new quality productivity,taking technology policy and industrial policy research as the starting point and providing service guarantees for the development of new qulity productivity,cultivating highquality new talents based on information literacy education.
