中国共产党播音类文献出版情况及历史地位(1940—1949)

A Review on the Publication and Historical Status of Broadcasting Literature of the Communist Party of China(1940-1949)

从1940年12月30日人民广播诞生至新中国成立,是中国共产党播音事业起步、发展的重要阶段。在这一时期中国共产党对播音实践的研究与探索经历了约十年的时间,曾先后出版107篇播音研究文献,主要包括播音业务总结论文、播音事业建设成绩总结报告和播音事业管理文件三类,并在1948年迎来了播音研究的第一个学术高峰。该类文献的出版起到明确播音实践思想、规范播音业务、扩大广播影响力的作用,并且梳理了这一时期播音活动的实践经验、提出了人民广播及播音事业的学理性认识和思想,为新中国成立后播音事业发展奠定基础。

From the birth of People's Broadcasting on December 30,1940 to the founding of New China,this period is considered to be an important stage in the start and development of the broadcasting history of the Communist Party of China(CPC).During such a period,the CPC's research and exploration of broadcasting practice lasted for about a decade,and 107 broadcasting research literatures were published,mainly including summary papers on broadcasting business,summary reports on broadcasting industry construction achievements,as well as broadcasting industry management literatures.Then,in 1948,the first academic peak of broadcasting research was ushered in.The publication of related literatures has played an crucial role in clarifying practical broadcasting ideas,standardizing broadcasting business,and expanding broadcasting influence.It also sorted out the practical experience of broadcasting activities during this period,put forward the academic and rational understanding and ideas of people's broadcasting and broadcasting industry,and laid the foundation for the development of the broadcasting industry after the founding of New China.
