摘要
针对乙炔发生器手动加料过程中误操作概率高,电石消耗多的问题,对发生器加料过程进行了自动化改造。通过在发生器加料斗、上下贮斗上分别安装红外微波料位开关,并设置自控程序,实现了发生器全自动加料。
In response to the high probability of misoperation and high consumption of calcium carbide during the manual feeding process of the acetylene generator,an automation transformation had been carried out on the feeding process of the generator.By installing infrared microwave level switches on the feeding hopper,upper hopper and lower hopper of the generator,and setting up self-control programs,the fully automatic feeding of the generator had been achieved.
