摘要
针对氯乙烯合成转化器温度采集和检测系统信号不稳定、数据传输延迟的问题,进行了技术改进。使用MTL831B多路温度转换器采集温度,并对DCS进行优化,有效解决了上述问题,温度显示率和准确率均达到100%。
In response to the issues of unstable signals and delayed data transmission in the temperature acquisition and detection system for vinyl chloride synthesis converters,technical improvements were made.MTL831B multi-channel temperature converter was used to collect temperature and DCS was optimized.As a result,the above problems were solved,and temperature display rate and accuracy were both reached 100%.
