摘要
受柳树沟河流域水资源年内分配不均衡、引水工程无调蓄能力影响,托里县季节性缺水矛盾突出,为此规划建设柳树沟水库。详细介绍工程区流域概况及气象水文特征,对水库径流调节、特征水位确定、回水计算等方面进行论证,对水库坝型比选、枢纽总体布置进行详细论述,从抗滑稳定和坝体应力两方面对大坝结构稳定进行计算分析。根据水库建设与运行实践,该设计方案科学合理,可为相似地区同类工程设计提供技术参考。
Due to the extremely uneven distribution of water resources in the basin within the year and the lack of regulation and storage capacity of water diversion projects,the seasonal water shortage contradiction in Tori County is prominent.Therefore,the construction of Liushugou Reservoir is planned.This article provides a detailed introduction to the watershed overview and meteorological and hydrological characteristics of the engineering area.Demonstrate the regulation of reservoir runoff,determination of characteristic water levels,and calculation of backwater.A detailed discussion was conducted on the comparison and selection of reservoir dam types and the overall layout of the hub.Calculate and analyze the stability of the dam structure from two aspects:anti slip stability and dam stress.Based on the practice of reservoir construction and operation,this design scheme is reasonable and scientific,and can provide technical reference for similar engineering designs in similar regions.
