国土调查内外业一体化采集、审核、建库与共享模式研究

Research on Internal and External Integrated Collection,Review,Database Building,and Sharing Model in Land Survey

针对国土资源调查领域汇交的数据成果质量参差不齐、调查方式及技术不统一等问题,基于东莞市三调实践,在分析东莞市内外业一体化国土调查特点的基础上,总结了其软件框架与组织模式,提出了一种通用的从采集到共享内外业一体化的软件体系,实现了调查软件的统一和调查成果的规范,为后续各项调查工作提供了参考。

In view of the problems such as uneven quality of survey data results and inconsistent survey methods and technologies in the field of land and resources survey,based on the practice of The Third National Land Survey of Dongguan City,this paper summarizes the software framework and organizational mode of the integrated internal and external industry of Dongguan on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the integrated internal and external industry of Dongguan,and proposes a general software system that integrates internal and external industry from collection to sharing.This method realizes the unification of the survey software and the standardization of the survey results,which provides a reference for the later investigation work.
