Digital Technology Enables Rural Revitalization:Mechanism,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Approach

数字技术是乡村振兴的加速器,是推进农村高质量发展的有效动力。通过分析数字技术赋能乡村振兴的作用机理,发现当前存在着数字乡村内生动力不足、农业数字化转型困难、数字乡村保障机制不到位等现实困境,最后从以党建引领数字乡村治理、推动数字技术与农业融合、增强数字乡村保障机制提出实践路径。

Digital technology is the accelerator for rural revitalization and effective power for promotion of high-quality rural development.By analyzing the mechanism of digital technology enabling rural revitalization,it was found that there were some practical difficulties such as insufficient endogenous power of digital rural areas,difficulties in agricultural digital transformation and inadequate guarantee mechanism of digital rural areas.Finally,the practical path was put forward from the aspects of leading digital rural governance with party building,promoting the integration of digital technology and agriculture,and strengthening the guarantee mechanism of digital rural areas.
