以乡村振兴战略为背景,探讨了农机技术培训在推动农业现代化、提升农业生产效率及促进农村经济社会发展中的重要作用。针对当前农业机械化的发展和农民的实际需求,提出了农机培训的具体对策和建议,旨在加快新机具新技术的推广应用,提升农机手的理论与实操水平,为乡村振兴战略的顺利实施提供有力的人才和技术支撑。

Under background of rural revitalization strategy,the important role of agricultural machinery technology training in promoting agricultural modernization,improving agricultural production efficiency and promoting rural economic and social development was discussed.In view of current development of agricultural mechanization and actual needs of farmers,specific countermeasures and suggestions for agricultural machinery technology training were proposed,in order to promote application of new machinery and new technology,enhance the level of theory and field operation of agricultural machinery operators,and to provide powerful talent and technical support for implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
