不同透析方式及透析龄终末期肾病患者代谢性酸中毒的相关因素分析

摘要 代谢性酸中毒是终末期肾病常见并发症之一,既往研究表明,终末期肾病并代谢性酸中毒与微炎症状态、营养不良、内分泌紊乱、心力衰竭、CKD-MBD加重以及死亡率升高等密切相关^([1]),并有研究表明,纠正酸中毒可能改善患者预后^([2])。
