基于船舶安全返港需求的IETM设计及应用

摘要 随着电子信息技术的发展,各行业对设备操作、维护、维修的信息化交互式阅读需求愈发迫切。交互式电子技术手册(以下简称IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual))技术针对性地解决了该痛点,已在国际上广泛应用。而国内船舶安全返港(Safe Return To Port)需求解决措施中尚未有IETM技术的应用。文中分析以往船舶事故中船舶安全返港纸质操作手册的弊端,设计出了基于船舶安全返港需求的IETM应用。该应用相较于传统纸质手册在信息的交互性、关联性、延展性方面有了质的飞跃。可迅速解决问题,使船舶具备安全返港的能力。 With the development of electronic information technology,industries have an increasingly urgent demand for information interactive reading of equipment operation,maintenance and repair.The Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM)technology solves the pain point,and has been widely used internationally.However,there is no application of IETM technology in the demand resolution of the Safe Return To Port(SRTP)for domestic ships.This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the paper operation manual of SRTP in previous ship accidents,and designs the application of IETM based on the requirements of ship safe return to port.Compared with the traditional paper manual,the application has a qualitative leap in information interaction,relevance and extensibility.The problem can be resolved quickly and the ship can be safely returned to port.
