摘要
广泛存在于中医的五行思想及其理论,承载着众多诊疗理论的解释性。目前系统科学对五行关系的建模尚未能够服务中医诊疗需求。文章提出了一个新的进程模型,将常规的五类实体关系模型转化为动态视角下独一实体的五态模型。结果发现,进程模型与五行理论的描述高度契合,不仅可为五行理论对其他诊疗理论的解释性提供原理解析,还可以广泛纳入现代诊疗信息,支撑中医证候解读。文章以心电图信号为例,阐述了对诊断信息进程化解构的应用方法。进程模型是五行理论最具泛化性与解释性的模型,可支撑中医思维的系统化重构,为海量的诊疗数据融合提供实施方案,为中医与现代医学在诊疗信息层面的深度融合提供方法学设计。
The five elements thought and its theory,widely existing in traditional Chinese medicine,carry the explanatory power of numerous diagnostic and therapeutic theories.At present,the modeling of the relationship between the five elements in systems science has not yet been able to meet the needs of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.This paper proposes a newly developed process model that transforms the conventional five class entity relationship model into a single entity five state model from a dynamic perspective.The results showed that the process model is highly consistent with the description of the five elements theory,which not only provides theoretical analysis for the interpretability of the five elements theory to other diagnosis and treatment theories,but also widely incorporates modern diagnosis and treatment information to support the interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.This paper also takes ECG signals as an example to illustrate the application method of progressive deconstruction of diagnostic information.The process model is the most generalized and explanatory model of the five elements theory,which can support the systematic reconstruction of traditional Chinese medicine thinking,provide implementation plans for the fusion of massive diagnostic and treatment data,and provide methodological design for the deep integration of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine at the level of diagnostic and treatment information.
