尼麦角林联合辅酶Q10、阿司匹林治疗偏头痛的效果及对神经递质水平的影响

Effect of nicergoline combined with coenzyme Q10 and aspirin in the treatment of migraine and its influences on neurotransmitters levels

摘要 目的探讨尼麦角林联合辅酶Q10、阿司匹林治疗偏头痛的效果及对神经递质水平的影响。方法选择2019年7月至2022年1月收治的68例偏头痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组采用辅酶Q10、阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加尼麦角林治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平高于对照组,神经肽Y(NPY)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的偏头痛残疾程度评估问卷(MIDAS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尼麦角林联合辅酶Q10、阿司匹林治疗偏头痛的效果满意,能够调节神经递质分泌,改善神经因子水平与血管内皮功能,值得临床大力推广与应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of nicergoline combined with coenzyme Q10 and aspirin in the treatment of migraine and its influences on neurotransmitters levels.Methods A total of 68 patients with migraine admitted from July 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with coenzyme Q10 and aspirin,and the observation group was treated with nicergoline on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Migraine Disability Assessment Questionnaire(MIDAS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nicergoline combined with coenzyme Q10 and aspirin in the treatment of migraine has a satisfactory effect.It can adjust the secretion of neurotransmitters and improve the levels of nerve factors and vascular endothelial function,which is worthy of clinical vigorous promotion and application.
