复方玄驹胶囊治疗反复胚胎种植失败患者的临床效果及对子宫内膜的影响

Clinical effect of compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of patients with recurrent implantation failure and its influence on endometrial receptivity

目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊治疗反复胚胎种植失败(RIF)患者的临床效果及对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法选取在本院生殖医学中心行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗,反复种植失败后经中医辨证属肾阳虚型,并拟再次行胚胎移植的116例患者,将其随机分为治疗组(55例)和对照组(61例)。治疗组采用复方玄驹胶囊联合人工周期内膜准备治疗,对照组采用人工周期内膜准备治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的雌二醇(E_(2))水平及子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的孕激素(P)水平及子宫内膜分型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率、流产率及异位妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的活产率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊能够显著改善RIF患者的子宫内膜容受性指标,如E2和子宫内膜厚度,同时能使活产率提高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of patients with recurrent implantation failure(RIF)and its influence on endometrial receptivity.Methods A total of 116 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in the reproductive medicine center of our hospital,diagnosed as kidney Yang deficiency by TCM syndrome differentiation after repated implantation failure,and planned to undergo embryo transfer again.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(55 cases)and control group(61 cases).The treatment group was treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined with artificial cycle endometrial preparation,and the control group was treated with artificial cycle endometrial preparation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The estradiol(E_(2))level and endometrial thickness in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in progesterone(P)level and endometrial type between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the live birth rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xuanju capsule can significantly improve the endometrial receptivity indexes of RIF patients,such as E2 and endometrial thickness,and improve the live birth rate.
