循证实践营养措施结合改良式袋鼠式护理对支气管肺发育不良早产儿喂养情况及病情控制的影响

Effects of evidence-based practice nutrition measures combined with modified kangaroo nursing on feeding and disease control of premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia

摘要 目的探讨循证实践营养措施结合改良式袋鼠式护理在支气管肺发育不良(BPD)早产儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月收治的80例BPD早产儿,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以循证实践营养措施结合改良式袋鼠式护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的开始经口喂养时间、全经口喂养时间及全胃肠营养时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的无创通气时间与总氧疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的吸气峰压(PIP)、吸氧浓度(FiO_(2))及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证实践营养措施结合改良式袋鼠式护理能提高BPD早产儿的喂养效果,缩短无创通气时间与总氧疗时间,改善呼吸功能,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based practice nutrition measures combined with modified kangaroo nursing in premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD).Methods A total of 80 premature infants with BPD admitted from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based practice nutrition measures combined with modified kangaroo nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The start time of oral feeding,total oral feeding time and total gastrointestinal nutrition time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The non-invasive ventilation time and total oxygen therapy time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,peak inspiratory pressure(PIP),fraction of inspired oxygen(FiO_(2))and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO_(2))in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based practice nutrition measures combined with modified kangaroo nursing can improve the feeding effect of premature infants with BPD,shorten the time of non-invasive ventilation and total oxygen therapy,and improve respiratory function,which is worth promoting.
