医护一体化工作模式对回肠造口患者应激指标及肠功能恢复的影响

Effects of integrated medical and nursing work model on stress indexes and intestinal function recovery in patients with ileostomy

目的探讨医护一体化工作模式对回肠造口患者应激指标及肠功能恢复的影响。方法将2022年2月至2023年1月在我院接受回肠造口术的82例患者以随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(42例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予医护一体化工作模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果术前,两组的空腹血糖(FBG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及皮质醇(Cor)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第5天,观察组的FBG、CRP、IL-6及Cor水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化工作模式可以减轻回肠造口患者的应激反应,促进肠功能恢复,帮助患者早日回归社会。

Objective To explore the effects of integrated medical and nursing work model on stress indexes and intestinal function recovery in patients with ileostomy.Methods From February 2022 to January 2023,82 patients who underwent ileostomy in our hospital were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(42 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated medical and nursing work model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and cortisol(Cor)between the two groups(P>0.05);on the 5th day after operation,the levels of FBG,CRP,IL-6 and Cor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds and the first exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing work model can reduce the stress response of patients with ileostomy,promote the recovery of intestinal function,and help patients return to society as soon as possible.
