趣味游戏结合家庭教育-环境改良护理模式对哮喘患儿治疗配合度及症状控制情况的影响

摘要 目的探讨趣味游戏结合家庭教育-环境改良护理模式对哮喘患儿治疗配合度及症状控制情况的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月我科收治的150例哮喘患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施趣味游戏结合家庭教育-环境改良护理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的治疗配合度优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的活动受限、喘息症状、患儿对哮喘控制及自我评估评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))及最大呼气流量(PEF)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的症状、情感功能及活动评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论趣味游戏结合家庭教育-环境改良护理模式能提高哮喘患儿治疗配合度及症状控制效果,也能促进肺功能改善及生活质量提高,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effects of fun games combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing mode on the treatment coordination and symptom control situation of children with asthma.Methods A total of 150 children with asthma admitted in our department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given fun games combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment cooperation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of activity limitation,wheezing symptoms,asthma control and self-assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of symptoms,emotional function and activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fun games combined with family education-environmental improvement nursing mode can improve the treatment coordination and symptom control effect of children with asthma,and can also improve their pulmonary function and quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
