目的探讨产科快速康复理念(ERAD)在自然分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至12月我院接收的200例孕妇作为研究对象,以电脑随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施ERAD干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Ⅰ类肌纤维持续收缩压、Ⅱ类肌纤维快速收缩压、盆底肌肉静息压及盆底收缩压大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的医护满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ERAD应用于自然分娩中能促进产妇心理状态改善,减少围产期并发症,也能加快产后盆底肌功能恢复,提高医护满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after delivery(ERAD)in natural delivery.Methods A total of 200 pregnant women received in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by computer random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given ERAD intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the sustained systolic blood pressure of typeⅠmuscle fibers,rapid systolic blood pressure of typeⅡmuscle fibers,pelvic floor muscle resting pressure and pelvic floor systolic pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ERAD applied in natural delivery can promote the improvement of maternal psychological state,reduce perinatal complications,accelerate the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor muscle function,and improve the satisfaction of medical care,which is worthy of promotion.
