互联网平台下的Teach-back健康教育模式在胸外科优质护理中的应用效果

摘要 目的分析Teach-back健康教育和互联网平台模式在胸外科优质护理中的应用效果。方法选择2022年5月—2023年4月临沂市中心医院收治的60例胸外科手术患者为研究对象,以抽签法按序分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组提供优质护理,研究组联合Teach-back健康教育和互联网平台模式。比较两组患者护理后的自护能力和生活质量、心理状态和治疗依从。结果研究组自护能力和生活质量均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组抑郁和焦虑自评得分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗依从明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型健康教育模式在胸外科优质护理中,利于提高患者自护能力和生活质量,缓解心理压力,提高治疗依从,值得临床应用。 Objective To analyze the application effect of a new health education model in high-quality nursing of thoracic surgery.Methods Sixty patients undergoing thoracic surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group using a lottery method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group provided high-quality care,while the research group combined Teachback health education and internet platform models.Compare the self-care ability,quality of life,psychological status,and treatment compliance of two groups of patients after nursing care.Results The self-care ability and quality of life of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The self-evaluation scores of depression and anxiety in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment adherence of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The new health education model in high-quality nursing of thoracic surgery is beneficial for improving patients'self-care ability and quality of life,alleviating psychological pressure,and improving treatment compliance,which is worthy of clinical application.
