影响老年人参加商业医疗保险的因素研究——基于CGSS2021数据的实证分析

A Study on the Factors Influencing Elderly People's Participation in Commercial MedicalInsuranceEmpirical Analysis Based on CGSS2021 Data

基于2021年中国综合社会调查数据,采用二元Logistic模型分析影响老年人参加商业医疗保险的各种因素。研究发现:在个体特征中,性别和年龄具有显著负影响,户籍、教育水平、身体健康状况具有显著正影响;在家庭因素中,婚姻状况和孩子数量没有显著影响,家庭经济状况具有显著正影响,基本医疗保险具有显著的负影响;在社会认知中,社会信任和社会公平对老年人参加商业医疗保险没有显著影响。根据研究结果提出建议:加强宣传教育,提高老年人参保意识;出台相关政策,鼓励商业保险公司放宽参保年龄限制;根据老年群体自身情况,提供定制化服务;简化参加商业医疗保险的流程。

Based on the 2021 China General Social Survey data,a binary logistic model is used to study the influencing factors of elderly people's participation in commercial medical insurance.The study found that gender and age had significant negative effects on individual characteristics,while registered residence,education level and health status had significant positive effects.Among family factors,marital status and the number of children have no significant impact,while family economic condition has a significant positive impact and basic medical insurance has a significant negative impact.In social cognition,social trust and social equity have no significant impact on the participation of elderly people in commercial medical insurance.Based on the research results,suggestions are proposed such as strengthening publicity and education to enhance the awareness of elderly people to participate in insurance,the government introducing relevant policies to encourage commercial insurance companies to relax the age limit for insurance participation,providing customized services based on the individual situation of the elderly population and simplifying the process of participating in commercial medical insurance.
