粘纤与锦包氨混纺针织面料强力性能研究

摘要 为了能够直观地分析粘纤与锦包氨混纺针织面料的强力性能,本文以不同粘纤含量的针织面料为研究对象,通过对面料进行不同整理,并对其断裂强力、撕破强力、接缝强力等强力性能进行测试。结果表明,粘纤的含量以及后整理工艺对粘纤与锦包氨混纺针织面料强力有重大影响,该研究成果可供面料生产厂商参考和借鉴。 In order to analyze the tensile strength performance of blended knitted fabrics made of viscose and nylon,this study focuses on knitted fabrics with different viscose content.Various finishing treatments were applied to the fabrics,and tests were conducted to measure their tensile strength,tear strength,and seam strength.The results indicate that the viscose content and post-finishing processes have a significant impact on the tensile strength of viscose-nylon blended knitted fabrics.This research can provide valuable references for fabric manufacturers.
