摘要
清朝中央政府20世纪初的教育施政,旨在巩固政权,延续濒临覆亡的统治,但客观上却开启了西藏地方近代教育进程,有利于当时的西藏地方教育发展。在“新政”的政策背景下,清政府有关西藏地方教育的具体发展思路,不仅具有推动近代教育发展的实际效果,也包含教育史学方面的研究价值。
The educational policies implemented by the Qing central government in the early 20th centurywere primarily aimed at consolidating political power and perpetuating its own antiquated feudal rule.Paradoxical-ly,these policies inadvertently initiated the modernization of education in Xizang,contributing to its local educa-tional development.Against the backdrop of the New Policies,the specific strategies employed by the Qing govern-ment regarding education in Xizang not only had practical implications for the advancement of modern educationbut also hold significant research value within the field of educational history.
