摘要
为解决深埋煤层巷道岔点支护难题,以朱集西煤矿井下一号岔点为研究对象,基于现场实际提出一套合理的支护方案,采用数值模拟方法分别针对无支护、布置全部支护2种条件进行支护效果分析,基于数值模拟结果验证支护方案的安全稳定性及可行性。研究结果表明:采用拟定的支护方法能够实现煤矿井下岔点处的合理支护,采用数值模拟对方案进行验证优化,可避免支护不足或支护过度。当按照支护方案进行支护时,岔点处的应力及位移都得到了有效的控制,相较于不进行支护,进行方案支护时岔点处的安全稳定性要明显优于未支护,可实现岔点处的安全通行与人员保障。
In order to solve the problem of support at the fork point of deeply buried coal seam roadway,a reasonable support scheme was proposed based on the actual site,and the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the support effect for two conditions:no support and full support,and the safety stability and feasibility of the support scheme were verified based on the numerical simulation results.The results of the study show that the proposed support method can achieve reasonable support at the fork point of the coal mine,and the numerical simulation can be used to verify and optimize the plan to avoid insufficient support or excessive support.When the support scheme is carried out,the stress and displacement at the fork point are effectively controlled,and the safety stability of the fork point is significantly better than that of the unsupported one when the scheme is carried out compared with the unsupported one,the safe passage and personnel protection at the fork point can be achieved.
