复杂条件下回采巷道矿压治理实践

摘要 为解决3914大采高综采面近距离煤层开采、沿空留巷、采空区边界煤柱、孤岛工作面等复杂条件下的巷道围岩控制难题,根据现场生产地质条件,通过理论分析和现场实测,对巷道矿压显现规律进行了分析,提出了采用“卸压+锚网索+注浆+架棚”等联合支护方式等主被动联合支护方式,保证了工作面的正常推进,安全高效回收了30 m区段护巷煤柱。实践表明:煤岩体协同控制结构是巷道围岩控制的关键,锚注一体化、主被动联合支护对复杂条件下的巷道围岩控制效果较好。 In order to solve the problem of roadway surrounding rock control in 3914 fully mechanized mining face with large mining height under complex conditions such as close coal seam mining,goaf retaining roadway,goaf boundary pillar and island working face etc,according to the geological conditions of the site production,through theoretical analysis and field measurement,the law of mine pressure development in roadway is analyzed.The active and passive combined support methods such as"pressure relief+anchor cable+grouting+scaffolding"are propose,to ensure the normal progress of the working surface,the 30 m section coal pillar was recovered safely and efficiently.Practice shows that coal and rock cooperative control structure is the key to roadway surrounding rock con,anchor-injection integration and active and passive combined support have better control effect on surrounding rock under complex conditions.
