摘要
随着“人本位医疗”的提出,医学人类学作为积极探求与疾痛人群相关的文化、社会、道德和心理为解释模式的新学科逐渐成为医学人文教育发展过程中不可缺少的一部分。文章着眼于医学生人文性沟通能力缺失这一现象,通过回顾医学人类学课程在我国的发展过程,借鉴该课程在国外开设的经验,归纳其对于医学生人文性沟通能力培养的助力作用,为其纳入我国医学人文教育课程体系提供参考。
With the proposal of"human centered healthcare",medical anthropology,as a new discipline actively exploring the cultural,social,moral,and psychological explanatory models related to the suffering population,has gradually become an indispensable part of the development process of medical humanities education.The article focuses on the phenomenon of the lack of humanistic communication ability among medical students.By reviewing the development process of medical anthropology courses in China,drawing on the experience of this course offered abroad,it summarizes its supportive role in cultivating humanistic communication ability among medical students,and provides reference for its inclusion in the curriculum system of medical humanities education in China.
