“互动体验式”心理健康课教学模式研究——以张家界学院为例

摘要 目前,各高校大学生心理健康课程均存在专业师资力量匮乏、教学课时不足和学生人数众多等问题,导致教学效率不高。为满足学生实际需求,文章以张家界学院为例,针对大班教学背景下的心理健康教育,提出了“互动体验式”教学模式,通过“互动体验式”教学模式的设计和实施,为其他大班教学模式下的心理健康教育提供借鉴和参考。 At present,there are problems in the mental health courses for college students in various universities,such as a shortage of professional teachers,insufficient teaching hours,and a large number of students,resulting in low teaching efficiency.To meet the practical needs of students,the article takes Zhangjiajie College as an example.An"interactive experiential"teaching model is proposed for mental health education in the context of large class teaching.Through the design and implementation of the"interactive experiential"teaching model,it provides reference and inspiration for mental health education in other large class teaching models.
