The new era poses significant challenges to the professional development of vocational English teachers.In response to this,vocational English teachers need to possess comprehensive English language abilities,professional knowledge,and educational skills.They should also actively integrate modern educational technology and continuously improve their teaching methods and educational research abilities.This article innovates the professional development model of vocational English teachers from the aspects of integrating educational resources,deepening the concept of information-based teaching,establishing vocational education beliefs,and optimizing teacher training models,in order to adapt to the future development trend of vocational education.
