摘要
文章分析了服务机器人专业教学面临的困难和实训课程开展数字化教学的优势,结合服务智造强国背景下对服务机器人专业的人才需求,梳理数字化教学特点,构建了基于数字孪生技术的教学模式。通过云端实训平台技术搭建应用场景,实现真实的沉浸式教学、虚实交互的技能训练、实时反馈及预测。并以中职“服务机器人技术应用基础”实训课程为例,从教学任务、教学设计等方面阐述了教学实施流程,为该教学模式的应用提供参考。
The article analyzes the difficulties faced by the teaching of service robots and the advantages of digital teaching in practical training courses.Combining with the talent demand for service robots in the context of a strong service intelligent manufacturing country,the characteristics of digital teaching are sorted out,and a teaching model based on digital twin technology is constructed.By using cloud based training platform technology to build application scenarios,real immersive teaching,virtual real interactive skill training,real-time feedback and prediction can be achieved.Taking the practical training course of"Application Fundamentals of Service Robot Technology"in vocational schools as an example,the teaching implementation process was elaborated from the aspects of teaching tasks,teaching design,etc.,providing reference for the application of this teaching mode.
