摘要
高素质的教师队伍建设依靠高质量的教师培养,更依靠高质量的教师培训。教师培训是促进教师迅速成长的有效途径和直接手段,在全面提高教师质量、保障高校一流教师队伍建设、推动高等教育内涵式发展中起到了积极推动作用。文章立足浙江大学教育培训工作实际,分析了目前教师教育培训中存在的问题,探讨协同管理体制下高校教师教育培训协同机制,并提出高校教师教育培训工作优化的建议与策略。
The construction of a high-quality teacher team relies not only on high-quality teacher training,but also on high-quality teacher training.Teacher training is an effective way and direct means to promote the rapid growth of teachers.It plays a positive role in comprehensively improving the quality of teachers,ensuring the construction of first-class teacher teams in universities,and promoting the connotative development ofhigher education.The article is based on the actual education and training work of Zhejiang University,analyzes the existing problems in teacher education and training,explores the collaborative mechanism of university teacher education and training under the collaborative management system,and proposes suggestions and strategies for optimizing university teacher education and training work.
