2020—2022年宁国市食源性疾病时空聚集性分析

摘要 目的探讨宁国市食源性疾病时空分布特点,深入了解其传播规律与影响因素,为政府及相关部门有效制定预防控制策略提供依据,维护食品安全和公众健康。方法收集国家食源性疾病病例监测系统上2020—2022年宁国市报告的食源性疾病病例数据,采用描述性流行病学和地理信息系统、统计分析方法,对食源性疾病在宁国市的分布进行分析。结果2020—2022年宁国市共报告食源性疾病病例1895例,病例年龄、职业构成上以35岁以上中老年、农民和学生人群为主,分别占总报告病例数的55.67%、34.67%和21.21%。时空扫描分析显示,西津街道及南山街道是宁国市内的唯一一类聚集地,聚集时间发生在每年5~10月的夏季,聚集时间内,两街道的食源性疾病发生风险是其他乡镇(街道)的5~7倍(P<0.001)。结论2020—2022年宁国市食源性疾病病例构成上以中老年人、农民和学生占比较高。夏季、城关地区的西津街道及南山街道存在显著的食源性疾病聚集发生。 Objective To explore the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of foodborne diseases in Ningguo City,deeply understand their transmission patterns and influencing factors,and provide a basis for the effective formulation of prevention and control strategies by government and relevant departments,aiming to safeguard food safety and public health.Methods Data on foodborne disease cases reported in Ningguo City from 2020 to 2022,as recorded in the National Foodborne Disease Case Monitoring System,were collected.Descriptive epidemiology,geographic information systems,and statistical analysis methods were employed to analyze the distribution of foodborne diseases in Ningguo City.Results From 2020 to 2022,Ningguo City reported a total of 1895 cases of foodborne diseases,primarily among individuals aged 35 and above,dominated by the middle-aged and elderly population,farmers,and students,accounting for 55.67%,34.67%,and 21.21%of the total reported cases,respectively.Spatiotemporal scan analysis indicated that Xijin subdistrict and Nanshan subdistrict were the only significant aggregation areas in Ningguo City.These occurrences were primarily observed during the summer months between May and October,with the risk of foodborne disease occurrence in the two sub-district being 5~7 times higher than in other townships(sub-district)(P<0.001).Conclusions The composition of foodborne disease cases in Ningguo City from 2020 to 2022 is primarily among the middle-aged and elderly,farmers,and students.Significant clustering of foodborne diseases is observed in Xijin sub-district and Nanshan sub-district in the urban area during the summer season.
