咽喉返流与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关性研究进展

Research progress on correlation between laryngopharyngeal reflux and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

咽喉反流(Laryngopharyngeal Reflux,LPR)和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome,OSAHS)是耳鼻喉科常见的疾病。近年来,随着两种疾病的发病率逐年升高,严重降低了患者的生活质量,使得OSAHS和LPR逐渐成为了研究的热点。同时,由于OSAHS和LPR两病的高合并发生率,研究者们也逐渐认识到了两种疾病之间的关系。因此,本文将探讨两者互为因果的机制及合并患有LPR和OSAHS患者的临床特点,同时对两者共同的危险因素"肥胖"在疾病发展中所起的作用做简要描述,以期为临床精准治疗服务。

Laryngopharyngeal reflux(LPR)and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)are common diseases in otorhinolaryngology.In recent years,the incidence of the two diseases has been increasing year by year,and seriously reducing the quality of life of patients,so that OSAHS and LPR have gradually become the focus of research.At the same time,due to the high combined incidence of OSAHS and LPR diseases,researchers have gradually recognized the relationship between the two diseases.Therefore,this paper will explore the causal mechanism of the two disease and the clinical characteristics of patients suffering from OSAHS and LPR,and briefly describe the role of obesity,a common risk factor,in the development of the disease,in order to serve for clinical accurate treatment.
