COPD患者肺康复知信行情况及影响因素分析

Status quo of knowledge-attitude-practice of pulmonary rehabilitation among COPD patients and analysis of its influence factors

目的调查COPD患者对肺康复训练的知信行现状及其影响因素。方法选择2022年4月—2023年4月福州市某三甲医院收治的133例COPD患者作为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷以及慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺康复训练知信行问卷进行数据收集。采用两独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析,多元线性回归分析进行数据分析。结果患者知识维度平均为(41.50±7.75)分,态度维度平均为(13.98±2.97)分,行为维度平均为(26.85±6.23)分,知信行总分平均为(82.02±14.19)分。患者病程、家庭收入以及有无进行家庭氧疗是COPD患者肺康复训练知信行水平情况的影响因素。结论COPD患者肺康复训练知信行水平处于中等水平。对于COPD患者进行肺康复训练,医护必须针对不同的病人,采取不同的方法,才能有效的提升患者肺康复训练知信行水平。

Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of pulmonary rehabilitation training in COPD patients.Methods A total of 133 COPD patients who were admitted to a Grade-A hospital in Fuzhou from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the self-designed general data questionnaire and knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire of pulmonary rehabilitation training for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were used for data collection.Two independent samples t test,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis were used for data analysis.Results The average score of knowledge dimension was(41.50±7.75),the average score of attitude dimension was(13.98±2.97),the average score of behavior dimension was(26.85±6.23),and the average total score of knowledge-attitude-practice was(82.02±14.19).The course of disease,family income,and whether or not conducting home oxygen therapy were the factors influencing the level of knowledge-attitude-practice of pulmonary rehabilitation training in COPD patients.Conclusions The level of knowledge-attitude-practice of pulmonary rehabilitation training in COPD patients is in the middle level.For pulmonary rehabilitation training for patients with COPD,medical staffs must take different methods for different patients,in order to effectively improve the level of knowledge-attitude-practice of pulmonary rehabilitation training for patients.
