基于“态靶结合”理论探讨乌梅丸治疗糖尿病机制

Exploration of Mechanism of Wumei Pill(乌梅丸)in Treating Diabetes Based on Theory of“State-target Combination”

“态靶结合”理论是仝小林院士提出的中医新型诊疗模式。通过对乌梅丸的分析,发现乌梅丸中黄连、乌梅可针对糖尿病的病靶进行调节,乌梅还能生津止渴,针对口渴多饮之症靶发挥作用,附子调节糖尿病并发症阳气不足诸证之症靶,黄柏、人参、当归针对标靶如血糖等指标进行调节。全方除打靶之外,还调节糖尿病寒热虚实错杂之态,黄连、黄柏调节热态、实态,改善糖尿病郁热内盛的状态;细辛调节寒态,人参、当归调节虚态,附子、干姜、蜀椒、肉桂寒态与虚态同调。运用“态靶结合”理论对乌梅丸治疗糖尿病所作用的“病靶”“症靶”“标靶”及所调节的“实态”“热态”“虚态”“寒态”进行全面分析,来阐明乌梅丸在糖尿病中的治疗作用。

The theory of“state-target combination”is a new diagnosis and treatment mode of combining disease and syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine proposed by academician TONG Xiaolin.Through the analysis of Wumei Pill(乌梅丸),it was found that Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Wumei(Fructus Mume)can regulate the disease target of diabetes,Wumei(Fructus Mume)can promote fluid and quench thirst,can regulate the disease target of thirst and polydipsia,Fuzi(Aconite)can regulate the disease target of diabetes complications such as insufficient Yang Qi,Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex),Renshen(Ginseng),and Danggui(Angelica sinensis Radix)can regulate the target indicators such as blood sugar.In addition to target shooting,the whole prescription can also be adjusted for the mixed state of cold heat,deficiency and accumulation of diabetes mellitus. Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)and Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)can regulate the heat state and solid state to improve the state of diabetes heat stagnation and internal accumulation. Xixin(Asari Radix et Rhizoma)regulated cold state, Renshen(Ginseng) and Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)regulated deficiency state,and Fuzi(Aconite), Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma),Shujiao(Sichuan pepper)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)were in tune with deficiency state. The“disease target”“syndrome target”“target”and“real state”“hot state”“empty state”and“cold state”regulated by Wumei Pill in the treatment of diabetes were comprehensively analyzed by the theory of“combination of state and target”,so as to clarify the therapeutic effect of Wumei Pill in diabetes.
