雷火灸联合中药封包治疗暴聋患者临床研究

Clinical Effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Wrapping Treating in Patients with Sudden Deafness

目的探讨雷火灸联合中药封包应用于暴聋患者的临床疗效。方法自2021年10月—2022年10月,根据纳入和排除标准选取于该院就诊的突发性耳聋(暴聋)患者,共计120例。严格依据随机数字表法将患者分入4组,各30例。对照组予以常规治疗,雷火灸组在对照组基础上联合雷火灸治疗,中药封包组在对照组基础上给予中药封包治疗,联合组则在对照组基础上予以中药封包+雷火灸治疗,所有患者持续治疗1周后进行疗效评价,治疗前后分别记录症状评分和生活质量评分。结果联合组总有效率显著高于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,各组患者治疗后主证、次证、舌象评分均下降;并且联合组患者治疗后主症、次症、舌象评分均低于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,各组患者治疗后简明健康测量量表评分上升;并且联合组简明健康测量量表评分高于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组不良反应相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷火灸联合中药封包治疗可以提高暴聋患者的临床疗效,改善中医证候及睡眠、生活状态,值得大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine wrapping treatment on patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 120 patients with sudden deafness(sudden deafness)from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected from our hospital according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into 4 groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the thim-fire moxibustion group was given thim-fire moxibustion combined with thim-fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine packing group was given the traditional Chinese medicine packing treatment on the basis of the control group,and the combined group was given the traditional Chinese medicine packing treatment plus thim-fire moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome scores,symptom score and quality of life score were recorded before and 1 week after treatment.Results The total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of other groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of good tongue image of primary syndrome and secondary syndrome in each group decreased after treatment.After treatment,the tongue scores of the main syndrome and secondary syndrome of the combined patients were lower than those of the other three groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of short form health measurement scale increased after treatment in each group.The score of the combined group was higher than that of the other groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions among all groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Thim-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical effect of patients with sudden deafness,improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,sleep,life state,worthy of promotion.
