MemoSorb®生物可降解封堵器卵圆孔未闭封堵术后近期疗效观察1例

摘要 卵圆孔未闭(PFO)是不明原因脑卒中的主要致病因素之一,与单纯抗血小板治疗相比,PFO封堵术联合抗血小板治疗能降低PFO导致脑卒中的发生/复发风险。然而,传统PFO封堵器具有自身局限性,生物可降解PFO封堵器的探索应用成为近年先天性心脏病介入治疗领域的热点,国内少有文献报道。中国人民解放军南部战区总医院近期应用MemoSorb®生物可降解PFO封堵器置入1例并进行了术后短期随访,无不良心血管事件发生,该病例报道可为国内PFO的生物可降解介入治疗提供参考。 Patent foramen ovale(PFO)is one of the major pathogenic factors of unexplained stroke.Compared with antiplatelet therapy alone,PFO occlusion combined with antiplatelet therapy can reduce the risk of PFO-related stroke occurrence/recurrence.However,the traditional PFO occluder has limitations,and the exploration and application of biodegradable PFO occluder has become a hot spot in the fi eld of interventional therapy for congenital heart disease in recent years.One case was recently implanted with MemoSorb®biodegradable patent foramina ovale occluder in our hospital to provide reference for degradable interventional therapy of PFO.
