The supply of materials for power grid construction projects is an important link in ensuring the progress and quality of power grid construction.By analyzing the material supply mode of traditional power grid construction projects,discovering issues such as management imbalance,insufficient collaboration,non-standard processes,and inadequate supervision,causing a disconnect between project material supply and engineering construction management,low efficiency of supply chain collaboration.This article explores the material supply service model of full process collaboration,provide useful reference for standardizing and improving the material supply management of power grid projects.
