基于ABAQUS的曳光管套结构设计与强度分析

摘要 曳光弹丸发射过程中,在高过载和高膛压作用下曳光管壳可能发生大的塑性变形甚至断裂,影响曳光药剂正常燃烧,因此设计了用来固定和保护曳光管的管套。压螺与弹体螺纹连接和曳光管壳在高过载作用下的强度校核结果满足要求的前提下,利用ABAQUS软件仿真分析曳光管壳和管套在360 MPa膛压作用下的应力应变,结果显示:曳光管与方案1管套配合时的最大应力为1026 MPa,最大应变为0.8;与方案2管套配合时的最大应力为844.7 MPa,最大应变为0.05。经分析可知,采用方案1管套时,曳光管壳的局部变形量可使曳光药剂断层、松散;而采用方案2管套时,曳光药剂强度不会发生破坏性变化。通过曳光性能射击试验验证了ABAQUS软件仿真分析结果。 During tracer projectile launching,the tracer shell probably bears large plastic deformation under effect of inertia force and high chamber pressure,which affects normally burning of tracer agentia.Therefore,tracer tube is designed to fix and protect tracer.On the premise of strength check results of screw-to-projectile connection thread and tracer shell satisfy requirements under high overload,the stress and strain of tracer shell and tube are analyzed by ABAQUS software under 360 MPa chamber pressure.The simulation results show that the maximum stress of tracer shell is 1026 MPa,and the strain of tracer shell is 0.8 when tracer is matched with scheme first tube;The maximum stress of tracer shell is 844.7 MPa,and the strain of tracer shell is 0.05 when tracer is matched with scheme second tube.Through analysis,the local deformation of the tracer tube shell can cause the tracer agentia to be fractured and loose when adopting scheme first tube;the tracer agentia strength will not change destructively when adopting scheme second tube.The shooting test results of tracer performance verify the results of ABAQUS software simulation analysis.
