摘要
目的 探讨维生素D对来曲唑诱导多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者排卵效果的影响。方法 选取2022年2月至2023年2月驻马店市中心医院PCOS不孕患者104例作为研究对象,参照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组52例。对照组采用来曲唑方案,试验组采用来曲唑+维生素D方案,比较两组患者促排卵效果、排卵率、临床妊娠率、不良反应发生率、血清25羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]和血钙、血磷水平。结果 试验组成熟卵泡数目较对照组多,排卵期子宫内膜厚度较对照组增厚(P<0.05);试验组排卵率为84.62%,临床妊娠率为36.54%,高于对照组的67.31%和19.23%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组血清25(OH)D3水平高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为5.77%,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 维生素D可提高来曲唑诱导PCOS不孕患者的排卵效果,提高临床妊娠率。
Objective To explore the effect of vitamin D on ovulation induced by letrozole in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 104 infertile PCOS patients in Zhumadian Central Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=52)and an experimental group(n=52).The control group was given letrozole,while the experimental group was given letrozole and vitamin D.The ovulation induction effect,ovulation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,incidence of adverse reactions,serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25(OH)D3]and blood calcium and phosphorus levels were compared between the two groups.Results The number of mature follicles and the thickness of the endometrium during ovulation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the experimental group were 84.62%and 36.54%respectively,which were higher than 67.31%and 19.23%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum 25(OH)D3 level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group(5.77%)and the control group(9.62%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of vitamin D can improve the ovulation induction effect of letrozole in PCOS infertile patients,thereby increasing the clinical pregnancy rate.
