摘要
以苯基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷、甲醇、水为原料,水解缩合制备甲氧基封端的苯基甲基硅树脂预聚体.探究了水解和加料方式、溶剂、反应时间、温度等对反应过程及产物性能的影响,通过对预聚物组成、结构及性能的表征,确定了制备液体硅树脂预聚体的最优反应条件.
A methoxy-terminated phenyl methyl silicone prepolymer was prepared by the hydrolysis-condensation reaction of phenyltrichlorosilane,dimethyldichlorosilane,methanol and water.The effects of parameters,such as hydrolysis and feeding methods,solvents,reaction time,and temperature,on reaction process and product properties were investigated.By characterizing the composition,structure,and performance of the prepolymer,the optimal reaction conditions for preparing liquid silicone resin prepolymer were determined.
