相变储热系统热性能强化技术研究进展

摘要 相变储热技术利用材料在相变过程存储大量潜热量,可有效解决可再生能源利用的不稳定性和波动性问题。相变储热技术虽然具有高蓄热量,但是存在相变材料导热系数小的问题,导致系统换热效率较低,在实际应用中被限制。本文概述当前相变储热系统性能强化技术,并从提高材料导热性、优化装置结构、调整系统布局三个层面对国内外研究现状进行全面回顾,总结不同换热强化技术对储热系统蓄热/放热过程热性能的影响,探讨相变储热系统性能强化技术的发展前景,为相变储热技术在电力系统、能源、化工、建筑等领域的应用提供参考。 Phase change heat storage technology uses materials to store a large amount of latent heat in the phase change process,which can effectively solve the problem of instability and fluctuation of renewable energy utilization.Although the phase change heat storage technology has high heat storage,it has the problem of small thermal conductivity of phase change materials,which leads to low heat exchange efficiency of the system and is limited in practical application.In this paper,the current performance enhancement technology of phase change heat storage system is summarized,and the research status at home and abroad is comprehensively reviewed from the three levels of improving the thermal conductivity of materials,optimizing the structure of the device,and adjusting the system layout.The influence of thermal performance in the exothermic process is summarized,and the development prospect of performance enhancement technology of phase change heat storage system is discussed,so as to provide reference for the application of phase change heat storage technology in power system,energy,chemical industry,construction and other fields.
