人工智能赋能职业教育增值评价的逻辑取向与路径探索

摘要 以人工智能、区块链、大数据为代表的智能技术不断推动职业教育评价的变革与创新。增值评价利用智能技术转变传统职业教育评价中唯智、唯学、唯成绩等的不科学评价导向,对构建新时代职业教育评价体系具有重要作用。在人工智能与职业教育融合的新时代背景下,职业教育增值评价必须厘清价值逻辑、内生逻辑、发展逻辑,为职业教育的高质量发展提供动力,从系统设计、价值耦合、数据依托、主体驱动四个维度构建具有中国特色的职业教育增值评价的路径,以实现促进学生全面发展、教师专业发展、职业院校效能提升的目标。 Intelligent technologies represented by artificial intelligence,blockchain and big data continue to promote the change and innovation of vocational education evaluation.Value-added evaluation utilizes intelligent technology to solve the unscientific evaluation orientation of only based on intelligence,learning and achievement,in traditional vocational education evaluation,which plays an important role in building the evaluation system of vocational education in the new era.In the context of the new era of the integration of artificial intelligence and vocational education,value-added evaluation in vocational education must clarify the logic of value,endogenous logic and development logic,provide impetus for the high-quality development of vocational education,and build a path of value-added evaluation in vocational education with Chinese characteristics from the four dimensions of systematic design,value coupling,data dependence and subject-driven,in order to achieve the goal of promoting the all-round development of students,the professional development of teachers and the improvement of the efficiency of vocational colleges.
